COST:

  • ALL THREE TESTS $50.00
  • TOEFL TEST ONLY $40.00
  • TIMED ESSAY ONLY $15.00
  • ORAL TEST ONLY $15.00

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Completion of the test application form. This must be done in person at the English Language Institute, 351 Manoogian Hall. Students must present a valid picture I.D.                                                                                    NOTE: TOEFL® test-takers at the OAKLAND CENTER in Farmington Hills will be registered on site on the day of the test.   2. Proof of WSU application on file. The ELI only tests students who have applied to Wayne State University. Applicants must show proof (provided by the Office of Admissions) that they have a current application on file with Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, or the English Language Institute.
  3. Payment of fee (check or money order).
  4. Copy of TOEFL®, TWE or MELAB scores if not taking the TOEFL and/or TWE. All applicants must take all three tests unless evidence is provided of a passing score on a previous test. A copy of TOEFL®, TWE or MELAB scores must be submitted with the test application.
